Glossary: - Remove `dapp` and `smart contract` entries entirely - Rewrite `canister`, `actor`, `account`, `boundary nodes`, `user` entries to drop smart contract / dapp language - Fix `state change` entry: remove incorrect link to `transaction` - Fix `fiduciary` entry: replace DeFi dapps framing with canister-manages-funds framing - Fix 225 broken single-letter section anchors (e.g. `#c` → `#canister`) Concept linking: - Link `subnet` on first use in `canisters.md` to `network-overview.md#subnets` instead of the glossary - Add first-use links to `concepts/canisters.md` and `concepts/network-overview.md#subnets` across 11 guide and getting-started pages where readers may land without prior context
